Leadership for Meeting Students Where They Are, As They Are

The one-size-fits-all approach to instruction doesn't work. In any given classroom, there's a multiplicity of ways students make sense out of information. This session will assist school leaders with coaching their teachers toward ensuring that students are met where they are, as they are in their classrooms.

Outcomes:

After this session, school leaders will be able to identify instructional deficiencies in meeting every learner where they are, as they are, and be able to coach teachers toward ensuring that the learning needs of each of their learners are met.
