Dr. Jennifer Bay-Williams is a professor at the University of Louisville, Kentucky, and an international leader in mathematics education. She is a prolific author, with over 40 books. Her books include Math Fact Fluency, the Figuring out Fluency book series (an anchor book with 5 classroom companion books), and the iconic Elementary and Middle School: Teaching Developmentally (11E). Dr. Bay-Williams has served on the NCTM Board of Directors, TODOS: Equity for All Board of Directors, and as President of the Association of Mathematics Teacher Educators (AMTE).
