From Progress Monitoring to Motivation: How might students lead?

Educators spend more time learning data, monitoring progress, identifying gaps, and prioritizing learning next steps. Yet the important work - connecting with students - remains. How do we pivot what we’ve done learning data into student motivation? What are best practices for goal setting with students, and asking students to monitor progress?

From this session, participants will develop practices to involve students in goal setting and progress monitoring.
