Lead Happier: Strategies that Promote Joyful Leadership
We will examine small shifts that can help maximize our time and connections with those we work with and support. These simple strategies can strengthen relationships and rapport with colleagues as we support their growth. Time will be provided to reflect on current practice and set goals for future implementation.
Purpose & Objectives:We will understand how to move through our days as rational optimists, honoring both challenging and successful professional seasons. As we learn together, there will be time for participants to pause and reflect on current practice and create goals for future implementation. Research in positive psychology and neuroscience will be referenced, as well as my ASCD book, Teach Happier this School Year: 40 Weeks of Inspiration & Reflection.
