Advertising Terms and Conditions

1. General terms

All advertisements and creative assets are subject to ASCD approval. Any deviations from production specifications may compromise the quality of the advertisement and may result in increased costs. The conference is not responsible for the quality of reproduction when specifications are not adhered to and reserves the right to alter materials received without approval that are at variance with submission guidelines.

Advertising costs are non-commissionable. Ads cannot be canceled. No refunds will be issued. All payments must be received prior to onsite move in for the conference.

2. Discounts

Discounts cannot be combined at any time. No exceptions.

3. Print advertisements

If artwork is submitted after the creative materials deadline, the advertiser accepts rush charges or placement in the alternate vehicles as needed.

4. Digital advertisements

Ads will be posted within two (2) weeks of receipt of approved artwork. Mobile app ad placements will be made available in the Mobile app as soon as the app has been released in all available app marketplaces.

5. Expo and Facility Messaging Advertisements

All purchased signage will be available for attendee viewing no later than the opening of the first day of the expo.

6. Games

All participating exhibitors in the ASCD 24 Exhibit Hall Passport Game must adhere to the specific rules and regulations for the Passport Game published under separate cover.

7. Postal Mailing Lists

All exhibitors who purchase a one-time-use postal mailing list must adhere to the specific rules and regulations for the postal mailing lists published under separate cover.
