How to Use a Curriculum Storyboard Approach to Design Compelling Learning Journeys

The curriculum as it currently stands is often untenable, bloated, overly detailed and uninspiring. An innovative shift is using a storyboarding approach that employs visual imagery and language to hook students’ imaginations. We'll highlight examples, insights, and energy that teachers and leaders experience in the development of storyboarding.

Outcomes:

You'll leave able to: - Evaluate sample curriculum storyboards that feature core elements. - Generate initial draft of a storyboard using coaching guidance. - Access to resources to support your curriculum storyboards. - Understand strategies for engaging the school community in the development process.
