Kelley Carnagua is the Teacher Recruitment Grant Manager at the University of Indianapolis in Indianapolis, Indiana. Her role at UIndy is to aid in building a supportive pathway into teaching with our 11 partnering school districts. Kelley coordinates between the University and partnering school districts to expand dual credit opportunities and support the apprenticeship program. She has created and implemented a Teacher Prep Academy for students who are interested in the teaching profession. Kelley works with a team of University faculty and a marketing agency on a campaign to establish a positive public image of the teaching profession.
