Dr. Libby Turner is the Director of Undergraduate Studies in the School of Education at the University of Indianapolis. She specializes in reading, technology, instructional improvement, organizational development, and leadership. Service remains important to Libby. She is a former Executive Director, State Coordinator, and President of the Indiana Literacy Association. At UIndy, she co-authored and authored a million dollars worth of grants to embed STEM learning programs and to attract and retain teachers. She also created the first embedded study abroad program for UIndy. Libby, her husband Mark, and their three children, Alexandria, Nathaniel, and Patrick reside in Indianapolis.
