Tonia Gibson is a Managing Consultant with McREL International. With over 25 years in education, she focuses on the effective implementation of evidence-based practices for continuous improvement in student learning and teacher efficacy. She is co-author of ASCD publications ‘Learning that Sticks” and the “New Classroom Instruction that Works”. Ms. Gibson leverages her extensive experiences in education to support educators and leaders as they work towards school and systems improvement. Tonia holds a B.
