Patricia Aigner is the Technology Director for RCPS in Vermont, leading innovation at the intersection of technology and learning. Licensed as a teacher, principal, and superintendent, she brings a systems-level perspective to advancing teaching and learning. A former president of Vermont’s ISTE affiliate and VTASCD board member, Patricia has received the Frank Watson Award and ISTE’s 20 to Watch Award. An ISTE GenAI Fellow, Certified Educator, and Community Leader, her work on AI in education was featured in Educational Leadership (Oct. 2025). Patricia has presented at ISTELive24 and will speak at the AASA National Conference on Education in 2026.
