Event Information
ASCD empowers educators worldwide to reimagine and redesign learning through impactful pedagogy and meaningful technology use. We invite proposals from educators at all career stages, backgrounds, and locations. We especially encourage student participation in presentations!
We also welcome submissions from solution providers that focus on transformational education practices (rather than specific product promotion). While we do offer opportunities for product demonstrations and commercial content at the event, we encourage program proposals that align with our mission of transforming education. We may contact submitters to offer alternative presentation opportunities if their content is better suited for other event components.
The Call for Participation for ASCD Annual 26, June 28-July 1 in Orlando, is open and online! Submit your session idea by October 6, 2025.
Download our submission guide for tips and examples, or check out our FAQs for additional information.
You can always email us at conf-program@ascd.org with any questions about how to make your proposal shine.
If you’d love to contribute to the ASCD Annual 26 program but don’t have a passion project or you want to see what inspires you this school year, there may still be a role for you!
Tell us a bit about yourself and your professional expertise, and you could be asked to participate in a playground at the conference.
The ISTE+ASCD program team or playground coordinators will reach out if a playground topic fits your profile.
