Erin Olson oversees NLP’s coordinated approach to state-level partnerships and strategy, managing all state-level partnerships with departments of education and other state-level organizations. She began her career as a middle school language arts teacher and later taught high school English. Erin supported at the district level as an instructional leader and coach. She also served as a technology integrationist for an Iowa regional state education agency, where she supported districts in literacy, STEM and project-based learning. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree in instruction and curriculum, both from Buena Vista University.
