Dr. Anthony Fitzpatrick is a systems-level leader dedicated to bridging the gap between educational research and classroom practice. As the Assistant Superintendent for the Delsea Regional and Elk Township School Districts, he has secured over $9 million in competitive grant funding to drive innovation and sustainable school improvement. Anthony is the author of The Evolving Science of Reading and a primary architect of the IMPACT Framework, a research-aligned instructional model focused on intentional planning, monitoring progress, and cultivating collaborative clarity. His recent work includes the establishment of a pioneering Teacher Leader Apprenticeship program.
