Janice Russell is the founder of Roots to Wings Education and creator of The Unshakeable Teacher framework, which integrates neuroscience, identity development, and social-emotional learning to support student agency, classroom transformation, and academic growth. She works with educators and school leaders across the United States as a consultant and professional learning designer, helping schools create emotionally safe, high-engagement learning environments. Janice has presented at educator conferences, taught graduate-level and international professional learning courses, and contributes to innovative AI-integrated curriculum development projects. She is also the author of the children’s book My Wings to Grow.
