Kelly McNeil, EdD, is a Senior Learning Experience Designer at Digital Promise who specializes in playful professional learning for K–12 educators. Her work focuses on community-driven, game-based, and AI-supported learning experiences that empower educators as designers, collaborators, and innovators. Drawing on her research in playful professional learning and digital game-based learning, Kelly partners with educators and organizations to build inclusive learning communities that foster curiosity, creativity, and sustainable change in teaching and learning.
