Dr. Natasha Rachell is the Director of Instructional Technology for Atlanta Public Schools, where she leads innovative districtwide initiatives that align technology with teaching and learning. A Google Innovator, ISTE leader, and adjunct professor at Grand Canyon University, she empowers educators through coaching, collaboration, and creative integration of digital tools. Natasha is passionate about AI in the classroom equity, digital citizenship, and purposeful technology use that enhances, not replaces, great teaching.
