James Damico, PhD, is Professor of Literacy, Culture, and Language Education at Indiana University. The author of three books and many journal articles and book chapters, he focuses on critical literacies and inquiry-based approaches for working with complex, multi-faceted topics like climate change. For over two decades, James has also led the design and development of digital tools that advance self-awareness and critical thinking.
