Megan Menzynski is the Director of Instruction, Assessment, and Intervention for the Cashton School District and serves as a leader in educational innovation through the LIFToFFS model. She has worked as a reading specialist, instructional coach, and curriculum director in a rural Wisconsin district setting. Megan’s leadership focuses on advancing instructional practices through student engagement, personalized learning, and meaningful technology integration. Her work centers on leveraging emerging technologies and innovative approaches to redesign learning experiences, strengthen student ownership, and prepare learners with the durable skills needed for success beyond high school.
