Guided practice/group creation of protocols (30 minutes)--folks will work with those around them to design/draft a protocol that their teams could use to address a "stuck" conversation topic
Gallery walk/Reflection (10 minutes)--final notes/digital link to photos of their designs
Co-create relevant protocols that increase action and analysis in their professional learning communities
Lead their school or leadership team through a collaborative brainstorming process
