2. The Science of Joyful Leadership (10 minutes)
Content: Present key research on Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, and Mindfulness in leadership.
Engagement: Short multimedia segment (slides with visuals, brief stories).
Process: Audience polls via devices (e.g., Mentimeter or Poll Everywhere) on current leadership stressors and successes.
3. Emotional Resonance in Action (10 minutes)
Content: Explain how resonance creates trust, motivation, and belonging.
Engagement: Mini-demo: Facilitator models resonant vs. dissonant leadership interaction.
Process: Small group discussion to reflect on personal experiences with resonant leadership.
