Introduction & Context (10 min)
• Share Bangor Township’s starting point: no tech coaches, no approved AI tools, but full 1:1 devices.
• Frame the mindset shift: AI as a teammate and skillset, not just a shortcut.
• Highlight the importance of research and conference learning (e.g., ISTE, AASA AI Summit, Designing Schools, Skills21).
• Set expectations for a replicable roadmap and evidence-informed approach.
Our Roadmap: The All In on AI Plan (15 min)
• Walk through phased rollout (2024–2027): leadership alignment, AI Integration Team development, pilot programs, and PD design.
• Show how leadership team and building-level teams sustain innovation.
• Emphasize how the process can be replicated in other contexts.
From Vision to Practice (15 min)
• Introduce the SPARK framework for prompting.
• Demonstrate leadership and classroom use cases.
• Showcase artifacts: district AI guidelines, sample syllabus language, and parent communication templates.
• Interactive activity: attendees draft a prompt using SPARK and reflect on outcomes.
Scaling and Replicating (10 min)
• Connect Bangor’s work to Designing Schools frameworks.
• Discuss alignment to ISTE Standards and Transformational Learning Principles.
• Provide strategies for adapting the roadmap in other districts.
Reflection & Q&A (10 min)
• Invite audience reflections and questions.
• Provide access to Bangor’s sample resources (guidelines, communications, PD handouts).
• Encourage participants to commit to one AI action step to take back.
