Session description

It is actually possible to make lasting change efficiently! This session provides a specific approach to successfully implement any change you want in your school. Whether turning your organization around or just making a good setting better, you will learn specific strategies which will immediately impact long term improvement.

Outline

This workshop provides a step-by-step approach to successfully implement any change that you would like to occur in your school setting.

Specifics will be shared to allow everyone to begin any change process in their school. They will then learn how to take the knowledge and apply it to their own setting.

About half of the time will be presenter led and the other half will be a combination or peer interaction and self-reflection/development.

Outcomes

Apply a step-by-step approach to successfully implement any change they would like to occur in their school setting.

Guide leadership teams, individuals, or any combination of people who are interested in successfully implementing change throughout their organization.

Efficiently and effective turn your organization around or just making a good setting better, you will leave with specific strategies you can immediately implement.

Know where and how to start the change process, ways to make sure it will be supported by all, and how to diminish the influence of the resistors.

Develop a plan specifically for you and/or your group.

Lead any change, whether it is a new mandate you desire or if it is one you have to implement, you will learn how to bring everyone in your organization on board.
