Event Information
The session will focus on building reflective practice through meaningful feedback conversations, strengthening teacher and leader efficacy, and observing classroom instruction with a clear, intentional focus on students. Participants will engage in scenarios/case studies, personal stories, and role-play activities that bring the concepts to life. Approximately 30 minutes will be devoted to content, about 10 minutes for each major concept, with 20–30 minutes reserved for peer-to-peer interaction and collaborative learning.
