Science can often be seen as a dry subject, disconnected from students’ lives. In this session, award-winning educators address these challenges by integrating digital storytelling projects to provide purpose for science curriculum beyond the classroom, to foster inquiry, as an authentic assessment, and as a means for civic engagement.
