This poster session will present how Lincoln Learning’s AI Learning Coach supports student engagement, personalized learning, and critical thinking within a human-in-the-loop model. Content will focus on the role of AI in providing scaffolded support, guided questioning, immediate feedback, and just-in-time assistance while keeping educators central to the learning process.

Attendees will engage with the poster in a conversational, interactive format rather than through a formal lecture. We will invite participants to explore key sections of the poster, ask questions, discuss implementation possibilities, and reflect on how AI coaching tools could support their own students and settings.
