Future-Ready Leading in Higher Ed

Join us as we reflect on the needs of modern adult learners and future-ready applications in PK-20 settings. This session shares two years of collaborative work between three higher ed. educators initially brought together through ISTE Certification. We began examining andragogy, the theory and practice of adult learning, in the age of AI and how it aligns with future-ready design and leadership. We will share initial data of variable adult learners, with whom we work and learn from, and our balanced approach that includes strategies and approaches to AI competencies. Our story highlights our research as learners, leaders, and facilitators framed by ISTE Educator Standards.
