Future Ready by Design: Building Human-Centered Learning Ecosystems

The future will demand more than knowledge alone and future ready schools cannot be built by chance; they must be cultivated as ecosystems that balance humanity with innovation. They must integrate care, whole child/whole educator well-being, innovative instructional practices, and tools such as AI. In this session, we will share what students are telling us about what they need and want from their educational experience. How do we respond to what they're telling us as we design educational ecosystems that prepare students for futures requiring creativity, adaptability, and resilience?
