Why don’t teachers JUST collaborate and how can AI help?

The answer won’t surprise you, but you’ve probably never heard it said out loud. I sought out the answer to this exact question this school year after watching brilliant colleagues pull away from each other and burnout trying to do it all by themselves. I asked the hard questions, and came to the conclusion that we cannot force professional collaboration without first addressing teacher load and cultivating professional trust. This Spark Talk breaks down my 5-step AI training framework that transitioned 40 educators from AI Learners into collaborative AI Connectors by building custom tools to advance their own professional learning and collaboration.
