Session description

AI makes building things easy. But what do we want to actually make, and for whom? And what roles do AI and humans play in making it? In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll explore this process together. You’ll take on 3 roles: a Designer who names challenges in your world; a Builder who tries out new solutions with AI in the mix; and an Advocate who asserts what worked, what didn’t, and why. Compare notes with education R&D specialists from Stanford and build something we can all learn from. You'll leave with an early-stage product, a network of fellow designers, and a way of exploring problems and building solutions that you can bring back to your own community. Designed for K–12 educators, instructional coaches, and district leaders. Bring a laptop and a challenge you're working on.
