Rachele Hirsch-Brooks is the Instructional Program Lead for the STEM Academy at Booker T. Washington Elementary School in Suffolk Public Schools. She leads the design and implementation of hands-on, inquiry-based STEM programs that connect science, technology, engineering, and mathematics to real-world problem solving. Collaborating with district leaders, university partners, and community organizations, Rachele develops curriculum and professional learning experiences that foster creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration. Currently pursuing advanced studies in Educational Leadership at Old Dominion University, she is passionate about empowering teachers and students to innovate, explore, and make meaningful connections through authentic STEM learning experiences.
