Hector Moya is a former teacher and current Doctoral Student at George Mason University’s College of Education and Human Development, where he is pursuing his Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and Research Methods. Over the course of his career, he has served in multiple instructional and leadership roles, including classroom teacher, instructional coach, professional development facilitator, and most recently as a central office specialist supporting special education programming in a large, urban public school district.
Hector holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University, and Bachelor's degree in History from the University of California, San Diego.
