Pi’ilani Chun is an Assistant Principal at Aiea High School in Hawai’i, with over a decade of experience as a Career & Technical Education teacher and academy director. As an emerging instructional leader, she is committed to continuous learning and strengthening systems. Drawing from experiences as a teacher, academy director, and her emerging experiences in administration, she values collaboration, shared leadership and connecting daily practice with school-wide goals. She has presented at the Hawai’i Department of Education Educational Leadership Institute (2024, 2025) and the National Career Academy Conference (2025), sharing practical insights that support meaningful and sustainable school growth.
