Elizabeth Scarbrough serves as the Director of Personalized Professional Learning for CarolinaCrED at USC’s College of Education and the Director of the SC Writing Improvement Network. A National Board Certified educator and former instructional coach, she is passionate about building educator capacity through reflection, collaboration, and authentic application. With a career in education since 2005, Elizabeth leads efforts to help districts design personalized professional learning systems. She believes that investing in educators’ professional learning and growth is fundamental to improving instructional practices and ultimately impacting student learning outcomes.
