Christina Miramontes is a student-centered, agency-driven educator with 25 years of experience teaching across grades TK–8 and currently serves as a middle school science teacher. Her work focuses on building high-agency classrooms where students develop voice, choice, and ownership through co-created learning experiences. By designing instruction alongside students and using thoughtful structures, including AI-supported planning, learners move from curiosity to confidence. This approach strengthens academic growth while building students’ belief in themselves as capable thinkers. Christina prepares students for the future by helping them shape learning, build agency, and develop lasting hope, confidence, and possibility.
