Irwin Rogers is a high school educator, special education case manager, and instructional innovator at KIPP DC Legacy College Prep. He teaches World History and Broadcast Journalism while designing inclusive, identity-affirming learning experiences that support diverse learners. His work focuses on using AI, educational technology, and culturally responsive instruction to reduce teacher workload, strengthen student engagement, and expand access to rigorous learning. Through classroom pilots, professional learning, and student-centered media projects, Irwin helps educators explore practical ways to use AI as a tool for equity, creativity, and instructional impact.
