Charlsie is a Birmingham, Alabama-based educational leader who believes in leading by collaboration to support technology integration across 57 schools. A Google Certified Innovator, Gemini Certified Educator, and Certified Cybersecurity Rubric Evaluator, she designs district-wide professional learning focused on responsible AI use, digital literacy, and cybersecurity. She is an active leader in the Alabama Leaders in Educational Technology CTO Academy, Birmingham AI’s Education Breakout Co-Lead, and the Project Unicorn Emerging Leaders Cohort. With a Master of Education from Vanderbilt University, Charlsie presents nationally on purposeful technology leadership and raising the bar for modern classrooms.
