Randi Ahrndt is a former elementary teacher, literacy coach, and principal with over 15 years of experience in K–12 education. She now serves her community as a School Board Trustee, while also working as Director of Product and Learning for an edtech company. Outside of her day-to-day role, Randi supports teachers and districts in designing curricular activities, advocating for accessibility, and building processes that strengthen early literacy outcomes. She brings a unique lens as an educator, leader, and parent, helping schools and families work together so every child can see and celebrate their growth as a learner.
