Event Information
Introduction & Context (10 min)
• Share Bangor Township’s starting point: no tech coaches, no approved AI tools, but full 1:1 devices.
• Frame the mindset shift: AI as a teammate and skillset, not just a shortcut.
• Highlight the importance of research and conference learning (e.g., ISTE, AASA AI Summit, Designing Schools, Skills21).
• Set expectations for a replicable roadmap and evidence-informed approach.
