Time: 15 minutes
Content & Engagement: Unpack the components: Passion, Play, and Purpose.
Share examples from the podcast/book and schools applying this framework.
Process: Interactive reflection activity: Participants jot down examples from their own practice that align with each component.
4. Practical Strategies and Tools
Time: 15 minutes

Provide actionable ideas for classroom and leadership use.
Ideas include celebrating small wins, using humor, fostering creativity, and building agency.
Process:
Participants engage in small group sharing and “strategy swap” using table tents, sticky notes, or digital boards.
