This three session will include:
I. Understanding Strengths-Based Empowerment Practices
II. Collaboratively examining the urgency and essential elements of responsive strengths-based empowerment approaches in educational settings.
III. Exploring evidence-based instructional strategies to create strengths-based, empowering classroom and school environments that empower multilingual learners with adverse childhood experiences.
Identify evidence-informed instructional and school-wide strategies that support multilingual learners experiencing adverse childhood experiences (ACEs).
Apply strengths-based and empowering approaches to foster inclusive, supportive classroom and school environments.
Cultivate practices that promote multilingual learners’ agency, resilience, and sense of belonging.
