Streaming Session
Recorded SessionContent and engagement: Content will come out of my newest ASCD book, What Is My Value Instructionally to the Teachers I Supervise? I will be 75% lecture and 25% interaction. I am using the session to teach.
Time: Time on content components will be contingent upon audience reactions.
Process: My primary process will be lecture. I want to disseminate as much information as possible.
Attendees will understand and know how to lead the effort of creating a culture of instructional leadership.
Attendees will understand the significance of collegial relationships with the teachers they supervise inclusive of their roles as ongoing coaches in a formative fashion
Attendees will understand the significance of instructional leadership toward the academic achievement of their students, and will be able to prioritize instructional leadership / coaching within their leadership.
