-Content: Participants step into the role of learners, experiencing how AI in Snorkl coaches students toward standards.
-Engagement: Device-based activity where participants respond to a Snorkl prompt as students would.
-Process: Individual work followed by brief partner share.
Hands-On Exploration and Collaboration
-Content: Explore different ways Snorkl can capture student thinking and creativity.
-Engagement:
-Activity 1: Individual creation of a short response or reflection (from student perspective)
Teacher Lens: Designing Your Own Activities
-Content: Transition to educator perspective. Discuss how to align Snorkl tasks to standards, differentiate for learner variability, and prioritize authentic products.
-Engagement: Participants use a design template to outline a Snorkl activity for their classroom.
-Process: Small-group exchange with “two stars and a wish” feedback protocol.
Share & Synthesize
-Content: Highlight key strategies and themes that emerged.
-Engagement: Volunteers share their lesson sketches; facilitator connects back to inclusivity and standards.
Q&A + Call to Action
-Content: Open discussion and reflection.
-Engagement: Participants identify one “first step” for implementing Snorkl in their practice.
-Process: Whole-group Q&A; facilitator closes with inspirational call to action.
