Artifact: The #InstantPD Launch Blueprint
Attendees will walk away with a personalized #InstantPD Launch Blueprint—a practical, ready-to-implement action plan designed to build teacher leadership, belonging, and agency in their own school communities.
Core Components of the Artifact:
1. Vision Statement for Teacher Leadership
Participants will define a short, powerful statement articulating how teacher-led professional learning can elevate collective efficacy and student success in their school.
This serves as the “why” that grounds their #InstantPD model in purpose and belonging.
2. Session Design Template
Attendees will create a draft for a 15-minute #InstantPD session tailored to their context.
The design includes:
-A focus topic tied to a school goal or teacher strength.
-Format (mini-demo, discussion, classroom strategy, or reflective talk).
-Clear learning takeaway for immediate classroom application.
3. Leadership Network Map
Each attendee will identify 3–5 teachers in their building who can lead future #InstantPD sessions.
The map visually represents how to grow teacher leadership and diversify voices, ensuring all educators have opportunities to share their expertise.
4. Implementation Roadmap
Participants will draft a action plan that includes:
-Launch date and promotional strategy.
-Roles and responsibilities for teacher leaders.
-Celebration and reflection checkpoints.
5. Belonging and Agency Reflection Tool
-A guided reflection sheet to assess how #InstantPD fosters belonging, agency, and shared purpose.
-Participants will identify how they’ll measure success and amplify stories of impact across their community.
