Learn how educator trainers from three continents leverage edtech to build sustainable, empathetic learning communities. Discover practical strategies and tools for initiating collaborative projects that transcend borders, strengthen teacher agency, and move education forward.

Outline

Opening: Global Greeting & Community Building (10 min)
* Content: Presenters (from different time zones/countries) introduce themselves and the core problem/opportunity: Edtech as a global connector
* Process: Audience Poll/Chat: Ask attendees what global means to their classroom. (Device-based activity on a collaborative document)

Part 1: Edtech Tools for Borderless Learning (15 min)
* Content: Demonstrate 3-4 accessible, low-barrier edtech tools used by the global team
* Process: Model Lesson: Show a quick Model Lesson example of a successful global exchange project.

Design a Global Project (25 min)
* Content: Introduce a simple, replicable framework for designing a community-strengthening global project.
* Process: Peer-to-Peer Interaction: Attendees work in small groups (pods/tables) to draft a project idea based on a provided template (e.g., a "Global Empathy Wall" project). (Hands-on activity.)

Q&A and Takeaways (10 min)
* Content: Final resource check and wrap-up.
* Process: Live Q&A and distribution of the Attendee Resource URL.
