Building leaders from GenerationAI Communities of Practice share how they have led thoughtful AI implementation in their schools. Panelists represent multiple coalition partners and contexts, offering practical insights into leadership decisions, challenges, and early successes as they work to support educators, students, and responsible AI use at the school level.

1. Welcome & Framing the Challenge (5 minutes)

Content: Framing AI as a leadership challenge rather than a technical initiative

Establish a guiding question: What leadership moves enable thoughtful AI use?
