This panel discussion, moderated by Dr. Rachelle Dené Poth, will explore how schools can prepare students for success in an AI-shaped world by focusing on the skills that matter most. We’ll discuss how schools are rethinking policies, instructional practices, and leadership decisions to align with the ISTE Standards and Portrait of a Graduate competencies. The moderator will share classroom examples and lessons learned through ISTE+ASCD, with panelists highlighting practical strategies for including students and families as partners in conversations about responsible, ethical, and future-ready uses of AI.
