AI the Warrior Way: From Exploration to Implementation

What does it actually take to move an institution from AI curiosity to intentional implementation? At Texas A&M University- Central Texas, it took three years, some FTE finagling, and a willingness to move forward without all the answers. In this session, attendees will explore our evolving journey from resistance and curiosity to a coordinated institutional effort; one that is still very much in progress. Wherever you are in your institutional journey, you’ll examine the real organizational barriers that higher education faces, from siloed innovation to pedagogical overwhelm, and leave with practical next steps for building momentum and creating a culture of safe permission rather than guarded resistance.
