Dr. Rayna Freedman is a fifth-grade teacher at Jordan/Jackson Elementary in Mansfield, MA, with over 25 years of experience in grades 3–5. A thought leader in education, she embraces challenges and leads with curiosity, reflection, and a growth mindset. Passionate about building community and amplifying educator and student voices, Rayna serves as a curriculum and technology leader in her district and holds leadership roles with MassCUE, her local union, and the Massachusetts Department of Education.
