Dr. Amanda Bollinger is a seasoned educator with over 25 years in education, currently serving on the Utah State Board of Education. With a background in special education and leadership, she holds endorsements in Edtech and Instructional Coaching, as well as an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership. Passionate about empowering educators, she champions technology’s role in teaching and learning. Dr. Bollinger has presented on instructional coaching and digital tools at ISTE and UCET (2023–2025). She also facilitates for the Jordan Instructional Coaching Institute and BYU’s Instructional Coaching Academy, promoting tech-enhanced coaching cultures.
