Brian Johnson is a nationally recognized educator, speaker, and learning designer with over 15 years of experience advancing instructional equity and educator growth. As Director of Learning Design and Development at The Danielson Group, he creates tools and experiences aligned to the Framework for Teaching. A TED speaker (“How to Teach For Students, Not At Them”) and recipient of multiple national education awards, Brian has led initiatives with LitLife, Teach For America, and KIPP, and presented nationally at leading education conferences.
